This Privacy Policy explains how Labo Papillon Inc. ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Calisthenics for Nerds.
Information We Collect
Calisthenics for Nerds requires an account to function. When you sign up and use the app, we collect:
- Account information: Your email address and display name, provided when you create an account (directly or via Google sign-in).
- Workout data: Sets, reps, hold times, exercise selections, session dates, and any other training data you log in the app.
- Skill progression data: Your progress on skill ladders (charge percentages, ranks achieved, session history).
- Profile data: Bodyweight, height, timezone, and unit preference that you optionally provide.
- Readiness data: Daily readiness check-in responses you optionally submit.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the app's features:
- Storing and syncing your workout history across devices
- Computing skill progression, charge decay, and personal records
- Personalising your Today tab and goal tracking
- Authenticating you securely
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except as described below.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase, a cloud database and authentication platform. Supabase stores data in secure, encrypted infrastructure. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security policies — only you can read and write your own records.

Authentication
You can sign in with your email (via magic link or password) or with a Google account. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your email address and name from Google in accordance with the scopes you approve. We do not receive your Google password or any other Google account data.
In-App Purchases
Calisthenics for Nerds offers optional premium features through Apple App Store and Google Play in-app purchases. These transactions are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your payment information.
We use RevenueCat to manage purchase entitlements. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier to track which entitlements have been granted. RevenueCat's privacy policy can be found at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Data Retention
Your account and all associated data are retained for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at help@labopapillon.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all associated records within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Correction: Update your profile information within the app at any time.
- Deletion: Request permanent deletion of your account and all data.
- Portability: Request an export of your training data in a machine-readable format.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact us at help@labopapillon.com for any requests.
Children's Privacy
Calisthenics for Nerds is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
